3. AI-Generated Content & Outputs

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the outputs generated by our AI models for your internal business purposes. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating all AI-generated outputs before using them in any decision-making or customer-facing context.

4. Fees & Payment

Certain Services are provided on a subscription or usage-based basis. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your order or required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Intellectual Property

AI Tool Scout and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all models, software, documentation, and trademarks. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AETHERAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
